Nexa Law made the finalist list for Business Enabler of the Year. The honor comes from the Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards 2026, a program built to spotlight UK companies with strong innovation, ambition and results. Almost 200 firms reached finalist status this year, spread across 20 categories.
Nexa Law’s finalist status marks a strong achievement, one that points to the strength of its consultancy-based structure. The model gives seasoned lawyers the freedom to run independent practices while still tapping into the resources, technology, regulatory compliance and infrastructure of a fully licensed law firm.
Eliot Hibbert, who founded Nexa Law and serves as its chief executive, described the finalist nod as a major milestone for the company. He attributed the accomplishment to the headquarters staff who help lawyers transition away from traditional firms into consultant roles, along with the consultants themselves who provide legal services to clients.
Nexa Law launched in 2017 and has since become one of the UK’s foremost consultant law firms. The company today backs a network exceeding 190 lawyers spread across multiple legal specialties, and it recently earned a listing in The Lawyer Top 200, a sign of its ongoing expansion.
