Over the years, he has built a strong reputation for advising farming, estate and landowning clients across Scotland, with particular strength in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.
His arrival at Turcan Connell is set to strengthen the firm’s rural and agricultural practice and build on its ties to Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.
Phillips also farms in Aberdeenshire himself, which gives him direct insight into the issues rural businesses and landowners face.
