Deloitte Legal has announced a partnership with UK-based technology provider Legora, taking an important step in modernizing the legal sector. Within the framework of this partnership, Deloitte Legal will review, research, and draft documents using the Legora platform, and also assist law firms and in-house legal departments to utilize the platform effectively.

This follows a similar initiative in Sweden, where Deloitte’s tax and legal teams began using Legora earlier this year for routine tasks and assisted clients in implementing the platform to improve workflow efficiency.

In the UK, Deloitte Legal plans to create ready-made tools and customized workflows using the Legora platform. These solutions will be packaged for in-house legal and law firms to help them find it easier to adopt the platform without breaking the rules.

In Sweden, Deloitte has assisted clients in understanding how Legora operates with current IT systems, such as ERP systems, and ensured that it complies with laws and company regulations. This is reflective of the aspects that Deloitte Legal considered, as it combines technology with legal expertise in offering viable and efficient solutions.
