To improve its customer service, Ageas, one of the UK’s leading insurers, has chosen the RAC to provide legal expenses insurance for Ageas and Rias motor, van, and home customers.
The partnership was agreed after a competitive selection process and represents another milestone in the growing relationship between the two companies. Under this agreement, all Ageas Retail Limited customers who include legal expenses cover in their policies will now receive legal services from the RAC when their policies renew.
Paul Evans, General Manager of RAC Legal Services, expressed pride in the selection, stating, “We’re proud to have been chosen by Ageas to be its sole provider of legal expenses insurance.
